Empowerment Training Centres

At the heart of our mission is a simple but powerful vision: to train, teach, equip, and release people into their full potential. Through our Empowerment Training Centres, we are creating safe and supportive spaces where individuals especially young people, widows, single parents, and people living with disabilities are given the opportunity to access free vocational training that can transform their future.

Our Journey So Far

We began this work in Nigeria, where the need for accessible, practical, and life changing skills training is immense. In 2021, we held our very first soap making training workshop, which was attended by more than 200 participants. Beyond equipping them with a new skill, we also provided business start-up gifts, enabling them to begin their journey as entrepreneurs immediately.

Since then, the vision has continued to grow. We now run five Empowerment Training Centres across Nigeria:

● Lagos State – Surulere, Igando, and Iyana Ipaja

● Oyo State – Ibadan and Ile-Ife

To date, we have had the privilege of empowering over 400 individuals in various vocational skills including:

● Fashion Design

● Make-up and Nail Technology

● Wig Making

● Soap Making

Looking Ahead

Our vision does not stop here. We are actively working towards establishing new training centres in areas such as:

● Catering & Event Management

● Information Technology – providing essential digital skills to help individuals harness technology to grow their businesses and improve their employability.

Through these initiatives, we believe we are not only changing lives but also strengthening communities, one skill at a time.
